Siemens Head Quarters

New Post Tension System was adopted, the Voided PT slab, a construction technique developed in the U.S.A. & Europe was applied in Estidama Pearl 3-rated project for Siemens Head Quarters in Abu Dhabi, U.A.E. The concept centers on replacing the nonworking concrete dead load with lightweight recycled material of a maximum span of 15m carried without any requirement of drop beams. ESF was keenly involved in successfully coordinating for the execution of the voided PT slab with different trades.
