Mixed Used Development with a total area for post-tensioning of 250,000m2. ESF was involved in the Value engineering for the project which resulted in overall savings of USD 5M. The key element was the transfer slab supporting two towers of 14 floors and 26 floors. The proposed two-stage construction for the 2m thick transfer slab resulted in a massive saving in scaffolding and shuttering for the contractor and client.
