The project is located in the prestigious development of U.A.E. i.e. Downtown, Dubai. It consists of 44 Floors overlooking Burj Khalifa and is in close vicinity of Dubai Mall. The unique feature of this project was its 5 days construction cycle. This was one of the fastest cycles achieved in any single tower with PT slabs.
